At VelvoryCartifyo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bicycle purchase. Please review the details of our 30 day return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@velvorycartifyo.com within this 30‑day window.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must meet one of the following:
- Arrived damaged, with broken or opened packaging.
- Arrived unusable or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- In some cases (e.g. severe damage or wrong item shipped), we may provide a prepaid return label.
4. Refunds for Ineligible Returns
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria qualify for a 50% refund of the product’s purchase price.
- Opened items that are not defective are considered ineligible for a full refund.
- Alternatively, we may offer up to 50% store credit for other return claims.
5. Refund Processing
Submit a Claim
Email support@velvorycartifyo.com with:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase
Inspection & Decision
We will inspect your claim and notify you of approval or denial, typically within 15 business days.
Issuing Refund
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to post the refund.
6. Replacements
Instead of a refund, you may choose to have your item replaced.
Replacement items are subject to availability.
7. No‑Return Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged by customer misuse or improper handling
- Items with opened packaging but no defect
- Sale items and gift cards
8. Pre‑Order & Backorder Cancellations
- We do not charge your payment method at checkout for pre-order or backorder items.
- Payment is processed only when the item ships.
- You may cancel or swap these items before they ship by emailing support@velvorycartifyo.com or via your account page.
- Orders older than six months cannot be refunded; instead, you will receive store credit equal to the order value.
